DDI Signs® Routed Wall Logos, Signs and Letters

This is an example of one of our custom made routed office wall signs.

We produced this sign for the YMCA new branding campaign and logo redesign. Letters and logo are different thicknesses to give added dimension to the wall logo. Rounded edges and corners for a smooth, clean professional look.

Because we use foam the letters are light weight and easy to install. Our routed foam letters are installed with industrial double sided tape.

These types of signs are great for Office Signage, Event Signage, Directional Signs, Sign Identities, Set Graphics, Doctors Offices, Lawyers Offices, CPA Offices, Hotel Lobbies, Restaurant and Business Entrance Signs and Room Identity Signage.

Our routed foam letters and logos can also be painted to give you a light weight wall sign.

For more detailed logos we can combine the routed image with a digital print for unique looking signage.

Our routed PVC letters and logos offer a durable option for routed signage. Create 2D and 3D signage and wall logos that are unique and gives added dimension.

The arcade sign we made using 1/4" thick solid colored PVC for each layer for a polished professional look.

The Mitre office wall logo sign is also routed from a solid blue and is 1/4" thick.

The Berceuse exterior sign is made of 3/4" PVC with hand painted and vinyl lettering.

Letters and logos can be individually cut then glued to surface or dimensional layers can be routed into thicker material.

This is a non traditional way of manufacturing interior and exterior signs that are extremely durable, fade and chip resistant, and weather proof.

Instead of using the old routing and paint on method, we use sturdy, weather and vandal proof DuPont Corian®, a solid surface material composed of acrylic polymer and alumina trihydrate.

Corian® can be joined, shaped and finished into a wide variety of products, making it the perfect choice for durable, unique signage. Instead of painting your graphics on the surface, they are cut and inlaid into the Corian® itself. Since it is part of the sign’s basic makeup, it will not fade, peel or chip away.
